A2N Certification Program — Pilot Cohort

A different way to
see, think, and adjust.

Adjusting to Neutral is a neurophysiologically grounded clinical framework that changes not just how you adjust — but how you understand every patient who walks through your door.

Secure your place in the pilot cohort Limited enrolment · Pilot pricing · Qualified practitioners and final-year students only

You graduated knowing how to adjust.
Not always knowing why it works — or why it doesn't.

Most chiropractors leave school — or complete technique training — with a collection of skills and no unified framework to hold them together. The result is familiar:

Patients who improve slowly and drift back between visits

Results that are hard to predict or explain with confidence

Autonomic findings you notice but don't know how to address

A maintenance model built on hope rather than a clear clinical rationale

Time spent examining before knowing what you're actually looking for

The nagging sense that there's a deeper level you haven't accessed yet

Adjusting to Neutral gives you the framework that ties everything together.

Built on tonic congruence, gain modulation, and the neurophysiology of the proprioceptive system — A2N is a complete clinical lens, not a technique add-on. It integrates with everything you already know and do.

The outcomes practitioners describe
after working with A2N.

01
Faster results — and results that last

When you're identifying and addressing the primary problem in the tonic system, rather than working around it, patients improve more quickly and hold their improvements between visits. You stop working against yourself.

02
Immediate, visible changes you can show your patient

A2N gives you tools to see change in the moment — not to wait weeks and hope. That changes the dynamic in the room and builds patient trust in ways that slow, incremental progress never does.

03
Diagnostic confidence you never quite got in school

A coherent framework means your observations cue your examination, your examination confirms your hypothesis, and your treatment follows logically. You know what you're doing and why — and so does your patient.

04
Autonomic findings become clinical tools, not curiosities

Many chiropractors notice autonomic signs and don't know what to do with them. A2N makes these readable and actionable — you can address things in the nervous system you couldn't access before.

05
From maintenance to capacity building

This is perhaps the most significant shift. With A2N, patients don't plateau and top up — they compound. Each visit brings them to a higher baseline. That changes your conversations, your retention, and your reputation.

06
A practice that grows from results, not from pushing

Faster outcomes, more confident patients, and a model that demonstrably builds capacity — the kind of results that generate referrals and reviews without you having to ask.

"It will change your practice in a way where, rather than getting slow gains and having to explain to your patients that it takes time — you are actually resolving the key issues. And with every adjustment, you are bringing people to higher and higher levels of performance." — Dr. Russ Hornstein, creator of Adjusting to Neutral

Everything you need — theory, clinical reasoning,
hands-on technique, and validation.

Online · Cohort-based
Certification Program

A complete curriculum of live webinars and pre-recorded lectures delivered in cohort sequence — so you're working through the material alongside your peers, not alone. Live Q&A sessions throughout.

Introductory Practical Seminar

Hands-on technique instruction in a small-group setting. Assessment, palpation, adjusting — applied to real clinical scenarios under supervision. Location: European and US sites to be announced.

In person · 3 days
Validation Seminar

Advanced case management. Refinement of skills. Demonstrate competency in the A2N framework across assessment, reasoning, and technique — and leave with your A2N Certification.

Ongoing
Practitioner Community

Access to a private cohort community for case discussions, peer learning, and continued development. The only people in the room are practitioners working within the same framework.

Throughout
Assignments and Clinical Logs

Structured coursework, case logs, and application assignments — designed to embed the framework into your clinical practice from the first week, not just in theory.

The hybrid model — built for working clinicians.

1
Enrol and complete credential verification

Open to qualified chiropractors and final-year chiropractic students. Upon enrolment you'll submit your credentials — registration number and body, or student number and institution. Places are limited and will not be carried forward after the cohort close date.

2
Work through the online program in cohort sequence

Content is released on a schedule so the cohort moves through the material together. Live Q&A sessions are part of the program. You must be current with the online material before attending the in-person seminar.

3
Attend the introductory practical seminar

Two days of hands-on instruction in a small group. Technique, assessment, clinical reasoning applied practically. Everything you need to start using A2N in your clinic. Dates and European/US locations to be confirmed for this pilot cohort.

4
Complete coursework and clinical application logs

Apply what you're learning in practice. Document cases, complete assignments, and bring your clinical questions into the community and Q&A sessions.

5
Attend the validation seminar and receive certification

These three days cover advanced case management and performance training, alongside a structured assessment of your clinical competency in the A2N framework. Pass and you receive your A2N Certification — the credential that demonstrates you can apply the methodology in practice.

Two kinds of practitioners
who get the most from A2N.

Experienced chiropractors
  • You have solid clinical skills but feel something is missing from your framework
  • Your results are good but not as consistent or lasting as you'd like
  • You want to understand the neurology behind what you're doing
  • You're tired of the maintenance model and want something better to offer
  • You notice autonomic signs in patients but aren't sure what to do with them
Final-year students
  • You want to enter practice with a complete clinical framework, not just technique skills
  • You're looking for confidence in case management, not just adjusting
  • You want to be able to explain what you're doing and why — to patients and to yourself
  • You want a community of peers who are serious about clinical excellence
  • You want a qualification that goes beyond your degree

Incredible value.
Everything you need to put this into practice.

This pricing is available to the pilot cohort only and will not be repeated. All subsequent cohorts will be at full price.

What you need to know
before you enrol.

Who is eligible to enrol?
The A2N Certification Program is open to qualified chiropractors — registered with a recognised chiropractic body — and to final-year chiropractic students. Upon enrolment you will be asked to provide your registration number and professional body, or your student number and institution. If you practise in a country without mandatory registration, a copy of your degree or licence is required. Enrolment is not confirmed until credentials are verified.
How does the online and in-person program work together?
The online program is your theoretical and conceptual foundation. You must be current with the online material before attending the in-person practical seminar. The two in-person seminars — introductory practical and validation — are the hands-on components of the program. Both are required for certification. The online component can be purchased separately if you wish to begin with the theory.
Where will the seminars be held?
We are confirming European and US seminar locations for the pilot cohort. Specific dates and locations will be communicated to enrolled members well ahead of the online program start date. If you have a location preference or constraint, please note it during enrolment.
What happens if I miss a live session?
Live Q&A sessions will be recorded and made available to cohort members. The pre-recorded lecture content is available on demand throughout the program. However, the in-person seminars are not available online — attendance at both practical seminars is required to receive certification.
What is involved in the validation seminar?
The validation seminar is a structured clinical assessment. You will demonstrate competency in A2N assessment, clinical reasoning, and technique application. Successful completion results in your A2N Certification. The specific requirements and assessment criteria are provided to enrolled students during the program.
Why is enrolment closing on a fixed date?
The pilot cohort is a live, cohort-based program — content is released on schedule and Q&A sessions run in real time. After the enrolment close date, the program transitions to a self-paced format with pre-recorded lectures. The pilot pricing and live cohort experience are not available after that date.
What is A2N, and how is it different from other chiropractic technique training?
Adjusting to Neutral is a neurophysiologically grounded clinical framework centred on tonic congruence and gain modulation. It is not a technique in isolation — it is a complete clinical lens that integrates with your existing skills and gives them a coherent theoretical foundation. Most technique courses teach you what to do. A2N shows you why it works — and what to do when it doesn't.
I'm a student — will I be ready to use this in practice?
Yes — and that's one of the things practitioners tell us most directly. A2N gives you the clinical framework and the diagnostic confidence that most graduates have to spend years piecing together on their own. You'll leave with a way of understanding patients and managing cases that goes well beyond adjusting technique.

The pilot cohort is open
for a limited time.

This is the only opportunity to go through the A2N Certification Program live, at pilot pricing.
